Rondo’s REPRO & REZYcom range of plastic raw materials for injection moulding and extrusion is the result of a completely unique combination of competences.

In the development of REPRO & REZYcom, we have combined the leading edge competence of our parent company Polykemi in technical compounding, with Rondo’s own 30 years of experience in plastic recycling and manufacture of plastic compounds based on recycled raw materials.

This unique combination has made it possible for Rondo to raise recycled environmentally friendly plastic raw materials to a completely new quality and industry level.

In our world – things are not all black or white

To make a choice can sometimes be difficult. If the choice needs to be environmentally friendly, sustainable, aesthetically appealing and with a cost awareness, it can be even more difficult. But now and then, it can be really easy to make the right choice. Like with REZYcom – our customer adapted eco-friendly material grade, based completely or partly on recycled plastics. A great opportunity to make a maximum impression with minimal environmental footprint, without any compromises in neither quality nor sustainability. A fact we are very proud of and can put our signatures on – in black and white , even in shades of grey.

The right choice of raw material and extensive experience in coloring of plastics makes it possible for us to offer multiple shades of black and grey, according to customers’ requests.

High mechanical performance

Numerous reinforcements are available and different choices provide different mechanical properties for the plastic product. With our experience and knowledge, we are able to make the correct choices, which results in a recycled material comparable to compounds based on virgin raw material.

Optimal product lifespan

Rays of sun, strong detergents or high surrounding temperatures can severely shorten the lifespan of plastic products. However, the correct combination of additives makes it possible to optimize its lifetime.
